Job Survey Results 2011

I would like to thank everyone one has filled in our print job survey cards. It is surprising want we learn from them. We have found those little details which made our clients life's a little bit easier. Having this feedback is essential for us to improve our service to you our clients. Unless you tell us, even if it is a slight niggle, how can we fix the issue. As having your total satisfaction with our service to you is our goal. I would also like to thank you for some wonderful remarks you have made.

When we started this survey in the middle of 2009 we learnt some surprising little details which made our clients life's a little bit easier, from the way we communicate with them, asking for a slightly bigger stub in their invoice books, to the way we mark boxes, as well as some wonderful remarks.
