Business Stationery

Business Forms are documents (invoices, statements, receipts, purchase orders, delivery notes etc.) that come in various styles and sizes.

There are two types of business forms you can use. Computer forms, which can be printed from your dot matrix, inkjet or laser jet printer or manual forms which are usually filled out by hand. Business forms can have perforations and consecutive numbers

Computer forms come in three formats. Continuous stationery and NCR sets which are designed to go through your dot-matrix printer or single sheets of paper for your dot matrix, inkjet or laser jet printer. We can layout the forms so that they can fit your software.

Manual forms come in three formats. (a) NCR sets, pads or books.

(b) Books with carbon paper.

(c) Single sheets of paper.

NCR sets can have between two and six parts and printed in one or more colours or in full colour.

Books and pads can be printed with 25, 50 or 100 Sets per book. NCR books are supplied with a fold in back cover. NCR pads are supplied with dividers.

Single sheets can be printed in 1 or more colours or in full colour. You also have a range of papers to choose from for your forms, from 80gsm - 140gsm white paper, 80gsm – 140gsm coloured paper and the Conqueror range of papers plus many more for that unique style.

Continuous stationery can be NCR or plain paper. And come in a variety of sizes.
